Welcome! I created this blog with the intention of helping others heal their mental health issues, naturally, without pills. I have struggled with health issues for the majority of my life, until I discovered the root causes of my mental health issues (which were primarily caused by various biological factors; which will be discussed in future blog posts) and I was able to cure my mental health issues naturally, without resorting to pills. When I first discovered that various "natural" interventions completely resolved my mental health issues I was amazed that mental health issues are not merely a "chemical imbalance" in the brain. This is something that hardly anyone is aware of - everyone thinks that mental health issues can only be treated by using pills which usually come with a host of side affects, and typically only function as a "band-aid", (if they even help at all), and do not solve the root causes of your mental health issues. In my experience, my mental health issues have primarily been caused by various biological dysfunction in the body, which manifested as mental illness. I'm excited to share my insights and knowledge with you all, and hope to bring more awareness that mental health issues are not simply a chemical imbalance in the brain, it's a lot more complex than that, and more often than not your mental health issues are due to an underlying health issue in your body. One of the primary ways to heal your mental health issues is with nutrition, so I will also be posting healthy mood boosting recipes as well. Aside from the biological causes of mental health issues, I will also discuss other factors which contribute to mental health concerns, to heal yourself completely - the mind, body and soul. I feel that each of these components are vital to overall wellness and achieving optimal mental health.
