Delicious mood boosting & PMS relieving coffee creamer!

Ketogenic + Dairy free!

This coffee creamer recipe is so easy and simple to make! It takes under 5 minutes to make! Not only does this coffee creamer taste great, but it also helps to relieve PMS symptoms because it contains maca powder, which is an adaptogen root that is great for balancing hormones. It also contains cacao powder - we all know chocolate is a must have for PMS! Not only does cacao taste great, but it also has mood boosting benefits which are great for PMS. I used to have SEVERE, debilitating PMS (PMDD), which I have recently been able to resolve completely, and I believe that consuming this coffee creamer daily helped to resolve my severe PMS symptoms. I will be making a post on how to resolve PMS completely soon. 

This coffee creamer also has brain and mood boosting benefits due to the fact that it is made with whole coconut milk so it contains healthy fats that are great for healing your brain, and it also contains a supplement called "Cocotropic" which contains turmeric, which is anti-inflammatory which helps to relieve depressive symptoms, as inflammation greatly contributes to depression. This supplement also contains Mucuna Pruriens, which is a legume native to Africa and it has mood boosting benefits as it helps to increase dopamine production. This supplement also contains maca, which as I previously stated is great for balancing hormones! It also contains reishi mushrooms which having neurotropic benefits as well, such as improving mood and increasing mental clarity. Reishi mushroom is also anti-inflammatory. This supplement tastes GREAT! I love it! However, you can also make this coffee creamer without this supplement and it still tastes great - or you can simply use cacao powder and maca powder as a replacement. 

This coffee creamer recipe also contains collagen powder, which is fantastic for healing the gut - and gut health is very important for maintaining a stable mood. Collagen is also great for your hair, skin, and nails!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Whole canned coconut milk
  • Cocotropic OR cacao powder (optional) - 1 spoonful  
  • Collagen powder - 2-4 scoops
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp 
  • Maca - 1 tsp
  • Pyure (or sweetener of choice) - sweeten to taste (I use a couple spoonfuls) 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot on the stove on low heat
  2. Stir
  3. Once you've combined all the ingredients, blend them for about 30 seconds until all of the ingredients are combined
  4. Let cool and enjoy! Store in fridge.
